It is not recommended to wear hiking shoes for mountaineering. Hiking shoes features:

1. The front and rear edge lines of the front and rear soles are designed to firmly grasp the ground and rock surface;

2. The main function of the following lines is to brake and effectively promote walking;

3. The lines on the left and right sides are used to prevent side slip;

4. The middle part of the outsole and the front of the heel are the steering balance braking area;

5. The large-bottom-patterned road guiding and discharging groove can effectively guide rain, snow, moisture and sediment out of the outsole, further improving the anti-skid and shock absorption and buffering effects of the outsole.

It is best to wear casual shoes or sports casual shoes when walking. Running shoes, as the name implies, are used for running, so they generally pay more attention to cushioning and reducing the impact of footsteps and joints! And walking doesn't need the so-called foot feeling brought by this kind of cushioning. Although you may feel very soft and comfortable when you just put it on, walking is exhausting and tiring! Walking is suitable for wearing casual shoes with large resilience and small shock absorption.

Walking in running shoes is harmless and will not have any impact on the feet, but each pair of running shoes has a service life. If you walk often, the service life of running shoes will be shortened.

Running shoes selection:

1. When choosing shoes, especially running shoes, you must try them on. Running shoes are not only suitable in size, because each of us has different foot types, and the same shoe size has different foot sizes and different comfort levels, so no measurement method can catch up with trying them yourself.

2. Determine the arch type and know the pronation of your feet. We can choose running shoes according to different arches and running pronation. Under normal circumstances, you can choose any kind of running shoes with standard arch and correct pronation running posture, as long as you are comfortable to wear.

3. If the force is exerted on the outside of the foot when running, then the force is concentrated on the heel and the outside of the foot, so the buffer is relatively small when running, so choose running shoes with better shock absorption.

4. If you are everted and over-pronated, the heel and the inner side of the shoes will lack sufficient support when running, and these parts will be easily worn, so you will feel tired easily when running, and the stability under your feet is not enough, so choose some shoes with better stability.

5. We all have an internal rotation angle when running. Generally, we can choose cushioning and supporting shoes within the normal range.
