IV. Recruitment Methods and Procedures

This open recruitment is conducted by combining interviews and inspections.

(1) Interview

When the number of applicants reaches the position, the ratio of recruiters should be 1: 3 before the exam can be started.

(2) Investigation

After the interview, according to the order of interview results from high to low, the candidates will be determined at a ratio of 1: 2. The inspection was jointly organized by the Municipal Tourism Bureau, the People's Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection. The content of the investigation is the political performance, behavior performance, integrity performance and the performance of the original unit of the proposed employee.

(3) Physical examination

V. Employment and Management

The personnel recruited openly this time shall be subject to probation period, contract employment and post management system. During the publicity period, if there is no adverse reaction, report or false report after investigation, the personnel employment filing procedures shall be handled according to the regulations; If the report is verified, it will not be hired; Temporarily difficult to verify the suspension of employment, to be verified and made a conclusion before deciding whether to hire. VI. Discipline supervision
