(2) Application materials

IV. Recruitment Methods and Procedures
This open recruitment is conducted by combining interviews and inspections.
(1) Interview
When the number of applicants reaches the position, the ratio of recruiters should be 1: 3 before the exam can be started.

The interview mainly examines the comprehensive quality of the candidates, such as their coordination ability, corresponding professional level, analytical ability and disposal ability.
The interview score is 100 points. The interview results were announced to the candidates on the spot.
(2) Investigation
After the interview, according to the order of interview results from high to low, the candidates will be determined at a ratio of 1: 2. The inspection was jointly organized by the Municipal Tourism Bureau, the People's Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection. The content of the investigation is the political performance, behavior performance, integrity performance and the performance of the original unit of the proposed employee.
(3) Physical examination
After the inspection, determine the candidates for medical examination. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).

V. Employment and Management
The personnel recruited openly this time shall be subject to probation period, contract employment and post management system. During the publicity period, if there is no adverse reaction, report or false report after investigation, the personnel employment filing procedures shall be handled according to the regulations; If the report is verified, it will not be hired; Temporarily difficult to verify the suspension of employment, to be verified and made a conclusion before deciding whether to hire. The probation period is 6 months, during which you can enjoy the corresponding treatment stipulated by the state. After passing the examination, go through the formal grading and other relevant personnel procedures within one year. Once a staff member is hired, the working experience of signing an employment contract for the first time shall not be less than 3 years. If the probation period expires and fails to pass the examination, the employing unit shall terminate the employment contract during the probation period and report it to the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau for the record.
VI. Discipline supervision
The discipline inspection and supervision departments in daye city supervise the whole recruitment process, and deal with the disciplinary actions in recruitment seriously once they are found.
