Party A voluntarily purchases the outbound tourism products sold by Party B, and in order to protect the rights and fulfill the obligations of both parties, the following agreement is reached on relevant matters based on the principle of equal consultation.

Article 1 Promotion and consultation

1. Party B guarantees that it is qualified as an outbound tour group recognized by the state.

2. The contents of Party B's advertisements and other promotional products are true.

3. Party A is a land citizen who is allowed to travel abroad according to Chinese laws and regulations.

4. Party A shall make a detailed understanding of the outbound tourism products.

Article 2 Sales and Transaction

1. Party A indicates to Party B the travel demand and purchase intention.

2. Party B shall truthfully introduce and quote the schedule, standards, items and tourist information in the order.

3. Both parties have reached a consensus on the items included in the tourism product fees.

4. Party A shall confirm the purchased tourism products and pay all the required expenses.

5. Party B shall issue invoices, closing orders and other documents.

6. Party B shall explain to Party A the departure time, place and cautions in written form.

7. Party B shall introduce the team leader to Party A and establish contact between the team leader and Party A..

8. Both parties agree on the handling method of failure to make a trip due to the responsibility of Party A or Party B..

Article 4 Liability for breach of contract

1. Party B shall be liable for compensation under the following circumstances.

(2) The provision of Party B's tourism products fails to meet the requirements of national or industrial standards.

(3) Party B loses or damages Party A's certificate when handling the travel formalities on behalf of Party A..

2. Party A shall assume its own responsibility or be liable for compensation under the following circumstances.

(1) If Party A breaches the contract and causes losses to Party B, it shall be liable for compensation.

(2) If Party A violates the laws and regulations of China or the destination country (region), the consequences will be borne by Party A..

(3) Party B's travel information is not delivered to Party A in time due to the error of the contact channel from Party A to Party B..
