4. Namco

Refer to this for what you want to bring: precautions for traveling in Tibet.

1. Altitude and altitude sickness are not terrible. Overcoming the fear of altitude sickness with a good attitude is the best medicine to prevent altitude sickness. Altitude sickness, like carsickness, has nothing to do with physical fitness. How many times can you come to the snowy plateau in your life? How many people can feel altitude sickness? Altitude sickness is also an experience of traveling to Tibet, so we should despise it strategically.

2. Regarding anti-altitude sickness drugs, before coming to the plateau, taking rhodiola oral liquid or something may reduce stress; If the reaction is large, taking Ormer Blue tablets, oxygen inhalation and infusion in the first two days after arriving at the plateau will effectively alleviate the mountain reaction and heart pressure.

3, slow down, don't be too hasty, eat less and drink more water, which is what you should do in the first two days to the plateau, because moving too fast and eating too much will consume oxygen.

4, just arrived in Gao Yuan is not necessarily can't take a shower, the key is to pay attention to don't catch a cold, although we think that catching a cold in the plateau is not as terrible as the legend, but the cold is always uncomfortable, plateau temperature difference is very big, you haven't grasped well, easy to catch cold. So I suggest a day or two.

5, Tibet is relatively dry, often apply lip balm to avoid chapped lips, and put a glass of water at the bedside at night to make the room moist.

6. The sunshine in Tibet is strong, so you can bring more sunscreen and skin care products. Please bring a hat and sunglasses for a relatively comfortable journey.

7. Take a thicker coat, and basically you have to go through the beautiful plateau about 5000 meters above sea level to all tourist destinations. You can't just stay in the car and watch others play.

Located in the middle of Xizang Autonomous Region, one of the three holy lakes in Tibet is also the largest, which is the second largest lake in Tibet and the third largest saltwater lake in China. The lake is 4718 meters above sea level, approximately rectangular in shape, 70 kilometers long from east to west and 30 kilometers wide from north to south, covering an area of about 1920km_.

5, sheep Zhuo Yong wrong

Referred to as Yanghu, which means "Jasper Lake" in Tibetan, it is one of the three sacred lakes in Tibet, like a coral branch, so it is also called "the coral lake above" in Tibetan. It is located in Langkazi County, Shannan City, Tibet, about 70 kilometers southwest of Lhasa. It is also known as the three holy lakes in Tibet with Namco and Mabian Yongcuo.
