Liangcheng Scenic Area is located in Laiyuan County, northwest of Baoding City, where Taihang Mountain, Hengshan Mountain and Yanshan Mountain meet. Yishui, Laishui River and Juma River all originate from this place. The climate here is cool, the peaks are green, the Bitan springs are flowing, and the mountains are beautiful. It is an excellent tourist attraction in the depths of Taihang Mountain. "Rejecting horses to seek the source" is the core part of Laiyuan Liangcheng Scenic Area, and it is a famous landscape. Laiyuan is an intermountain basin in the deep mountains in the west of Hebei Plain, with spring water gushing out in the middle of the basin, forming Juma River. Juma River was called Laishui in ancient times, so it is called Laiyuan here. Juma River was originally called Juma River, and "Juma" means that the water flows like a giant Ma Benteng. Later, it was said that he refused to go south because of Schleswig-Holstein's horse, and was written as "refusing the horse". No matter "giant horse" or "refusing horse", it is said that its water potential is great.

Juma River is the only perennial river in Hebei Province. It's hard to imagine that the flowing Juma River was drilled from the flat land in the southeast of Laiyuan County. The springs at the source of Juma River are densely packed in groups, and the woodland in the spring area can be turned into springs by digging a pit by hand, and the springs surge against the fine sand, which has become a great spectacle.

The water yield of springs in Laiyuan County, with a total flow of 3.4 m3/s, is rare in North China. Experts who do tourism planning for Baoding are amazed at the bubbling spring water at the source of Juma River. They say that the spring water at the source of Juma River is the best in China, not only in China, but also in the world.

There are seven spring groups in Laiyuan County, of which Beihai Spring, Nanguan Spring and Laolongtan are the most famous. The area of Jumayuan, which is densely populated with springs, is 6 square kilometers, full of springs, poplar green land and mountains and rivers, with a quiet environment, small bridges and flowing water, and a beautiful water town.

The spring water temperature at the source of Juma River is kept at around 7℃ all the year round, and it feels freezing in summer. In winter, it is foggy because of the large temperature difference with the outside world, and it has flowed out for dozens of kilometers before freezing, making it the largest ice-free river in the north in winter.

Juma River has a strong cutting effect on the mountains it passes through because of its large water and rapid flow, and many canyons with steep walls are formed. Juma River originates from Laiyuan and flows through the famous tourist attractions Yesanpo and Shidu, forming a baili gallery. Experts say this is a golden tourist route in southwest Beijing, and the spring water at the source of Juma River is its "finishing touch".

Juma River Scenic Area is not only beautiful in scenery and pleasant in climate, but also has many cultural relics and historical sites that match the natural scenery, forming seven beautiful views, namely, the four views of Maitreya, the cool floors, the Songtao of the East Tower, the bells of the pavilion, the sunset glow of Zhenhai, the confluence of water and water, and the return of Xiushan. Sightseeing in the source scenic spot of Juma will definitely make people unforgettable.

Juma River, called Laishui in ancient times, originated from Laishan, Guangchang County, the generation county of Han Dynasty, which is the current Laiyuan. Its name comes from the "Laishan Mountain in Guangchang County, where the Juma River is located" in the Notes on Water Classics. Laishan Mountain has seven peaks, so it is also called "Seven Mountains".

Juma River originated at the foot of Seven Mountains, half a mile south of Guangchang County. As early as the Han Dynasty, its name was changed from Laishui to "Giant Horse", which meant that the water was huge and the current was swift. Later, it gradually evolved into "refusing horses", which is said to have resisted the horses of Schleswig-Holstein going south. This name not only embodies the grandeur of the river, but also contains the precipitation of history.

As the main stream of Daqing River, Juma River is 254 kilometers long, and the drainage area above Baigou Village is 1000 square kilometers. In Beijing, the length of its main stream is 61 kilometers, the basin area is 433 square kilometers, and the riverbed width ranges from 200 meters to 1000 meters.

The spring water temperature at the source of Juma River is kept at around 7℃ all the year round, and it does not freeze even in winter, which has become a great wonder in North China. Its powerful water potential has created many deep canyons, such as the famous Yesanpo and Shidu, forming a hundred-mile gallery, which is an attractive golden tourist route in southwest Beijing.

Juma River Scenic Area is not only beautiful in scenery and pleasant in climate, but also rich in cultural relics and natural landscapes, providing tourists with rich cultural tourism experience. Whether it is the trace of history or the charm of nature, Juma River is a tourist attraction not to be missed.
