Hainan Fenjie Island Tourism

Fenjiezhou Island is located in the southeast of Hainan Island, Lingshui Li Autonomous County, Hainan Province, about 1.2 nautical miles from the nearest coast of Hainan Island, and it takes about 15 minutes to make a one-way transition by boat. The island lies in a long strip from northeast to southwest in the blue sea. It looks like a saddle from a distance, with an area of about 0.41 square kilometers and an altitude of 99 meters.

Fenjiezhou Island is under the jurisdiction of Lingshui Li Autonomous County, about 70 kilometers away from Sanya and 180 kilometers away from Haikou. Hainan Fenjiezhou Island Tourist Area was opened on May 1, 2004, and was rated as a national 5A-level scenic spot by the National Tourism Administration in January, 2013. It is the first island-type national 5A-level scenic spot in China.

Because of its special geographical location, obvious climate change, unique island topography and distinctive regional cultural characteristics, Fenjiezhou Island has been known as "Fenjiezhou Island", "Beauty Island", "Ma 'anling" and "Sleeping Buddha Island" since ancient times. It is refreshing to be in it. On the East Ring Expressway and the East Ring Railway around the island, you can see the whole picture of the boundary island in the blue sea.

There are many scenic spots on the boundary island, such as a big hole and a promising future.

1. Big cave

Sanya's caves, also known as seamount wonders. The cave was discovered by Zhou Kang, an army known to Jiyang in Song Dynasty, and later built by Mao Kui, the satrap of Yazhou in Ming Dynasty. There are many cliff stone carvings there, including the four characters of seamount wonders carved by Mao Kui in those days, and the record of caves and caves is also engraved under this stone wall.

When people stand on that stone, they suddenly feel that the sea is always bright and the mountains are more beautiful. This kind of feeling, everyone is standing here now, and it is even stronger. Now people can find a small cave, but the big cave is on the island of Fenjiezhou.
