Because the enemy building is the center of the defense command of the Jinshanling Great Wall, it is called the General Building, which is composed of beacon towers, supporting walls, horse retaining walls, moon walls, barrier walls and military command posts.
Dajinshan building
This building was built in 1569, and it is built of masonry. The interior of the building is in the shape of a ship's roof, and the upper and lower floors are connected by stairs. There is a brick-like wooden shop on the upper floor, and the eaves, purlins, purlins and other building components ground by imitation wood bricks are exquisite and unique. In 1987, the tile of the shop was repaired.
Heigu building
This building was built in 1569. It was originally a brick-wood structure, but later it was built of brick and stone. It was divided into upper, middle and lower floors. In 1986, the top bunk was restored.
Xiaojinshan building
Xiaojinshan Building was built in 1569, with an altitude of 490 meters. It is built with masonry and the interior of the building is in the shape of a ship's roof. It is divided into upper and lower floors, which are connected by stairs, and the upper floor has a shop with brick-like wood structure. This building has a special shape. The Great Wall on the west side of the building is not directly connected with the enemy building. If you want to enter the enemy building or go to the other side of the Great Wall, you must bypass the customs through the ticket gate on the inner side of the wall. In 1987, the tile of the shop was repaired.
Xiyulou
This building was originally a brick-wood structure. Because the wooden floor on the second floor decayed and collapsed over the years, only the present wall was preserved. When the Great Wall was built in 1984, the brick materials had been transported outside the building. Experts from National Cultural Heritage Administration suggested that an enemy building with its original historical appearance should be kept on the classic loop from the brick mound to Shalingkou for future generations to watch, so it was not restored.
Hualou
Built in 1579, this building is of masonry structure, with exquisite construction technology. The stone structures such as doors and windows are made of white marble, and various patterns such as flowers and beasts are carved, so it is called Hualou.
The watchtower is divided into two floors, the first floor is a cloister arch ticket indoors and outdoors, and the middle part is in the shape of a canopy; In the middle of the second floor, there was originally a rest-top shop, which was surrounded by corridors, and now only the base address is left.
