Zhanjiang Temple, a scenic spot with a long history, was built in the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty and has a history of more than 300 years. Although it was destroyed during the Cultural Revolution, it was rebuilt in 1992, and in 1999, Shi Kuanyan extended it. Today, this ancient temple covering an area of 45,000 square meters is composed of its main buildings, such as the Heavenly King Hall, the Ursa Mahayana Hall, the Lying Buddha Hall and the Lotus Pond. The antique temples and pavilions with blue tiles and carved beams and painted buildings exude a quaint and elegant atmosphere.

Along the river, there is a busy wharf, which was built in 1993 and has a designed handling capacity of 2,000 tons. The upstream reaches Jilin City and Songhua Lake, and the downstream reaches Harbin, Jiamusi and even Khabarovsk in Russia. With the dredging of Songhua River waterway in Jilin Province, the terminal plans to carry out freight and passenger services. At present, the terminal has 8 cruise ships that shuttle across the river, providing tourists with the convenience of sightseeing.

Songjiang Canyon, as another highlight of the tourist area, is located on the east bank of Songhua River, 15 kilometers upstream of the pier. This huge gully is the result of long-term water erosion of the surface soil, with a total length of about 1.5 kilometers, a width of 300 meters and a depth of 72 meters. The terrain in the canyon is complex and ravines are criss-crossing, showing a rare and peculiar landform on the plain. In order to protect and beautify this natural landscape, the national water conservancy department has invested more than 21 million yuan since 2005, planted more than 1 million trees and built a barrage, which not only prevented soil erosion, but also improved the overall facilities of the scenic spot. Redstone cliff, tree-lined and widely distributed mountain springs and streams together constitute a vivid ecological picture.

Wukeshu Riverside Tourist Area, located in the south of Wukeshu Town, yushu city City, Jilin Province, China, is about 1.5 kilometers away from the urban center, and extends along the beautiful Songhua River, with a total area of 3.64 square kilometers and a riverside landscape line of 20 kilometers. The information in this area comes from the authoritative Baidu map, and the final data is based on the map.
