Zero yuan travel

1. Attract consumers at the cost price. The land agency only accepts the cost price when accepting the package tour agency, and is even willing to post money to the package tour agency to attract price-sensitive customers.

2. Choose tourists when organizing a group. In order to minimize the risk, low-cost groups will consider factors such as occupation, gender, age and region, and tour guides will use the potential comparison psychology of tourists from different regions to stimulate consumption.

3, false promises not to consume, the low-cost group will claim that there will be no shopping projects when recruiting tourists, but these promises are mostly verbal and will not be written into the contract. Once there is a dispute afterwards, it is difficult for tourists to defend their rights.

4. Reserved money. Low-cost tour groups will let tourists put some money first for various reasons and promise to return it after returning. If tourists spend less than a certain fee in the purchase process, the money will be detained.

5, reduce travel costs, tour guides save money by minimizing catering, accommodation and transportation standards.

6. Arrange the purchase link to eat kickbacks, and the land agency will generally cooperate with the shopping point. Whether shopping or not, the shopping mall will pay the travel agency a fixed head fee. Shopping stores give rebates to travel agencies and tour guides to provide profit space for travel agencies with zero negative group fees.

7. Induce tourists' consumption. In order to shop, the tour guide will use 18 kinds of martial arts to take advantage of tourists' trust in the tour guide, and it will be natural to induce consumption in the shopping store.

8, forcing tourists to spend, if the induced consumption is not smooth, some people are unwilling or explicitly refuse to shop, the tour guide will generally complain and threaten, which is even insulting.

9, increase fees, some low-cost groups will add items in the itinerary, and charge fees, and even take advantage of tourists who don't understand the market, go to free attractions but charge admission fees.

10, invisible consumption, tourist attractions in the name of praying to the Buddha, raising money, etc., there are some famous hotels rushing to grab strong attractions, temporary attending fireworks parties or water-splashing festivals, most of which have problems.

Recently, the Beijing Tourism Development Committee (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Tourism Committee") issued a reminder for the elderly to join a group tour, and announced a number of cases of low-cost traps against seasonal tours. Most of the victims participated in low-cost groups with "zero-negative tour fees" and did not sign contracts with travel agencies, so they all encountered forced shopping during their travels.

Mr. Yao, a tourist, received a phone call from an insurance company at the end of last year, informing him that he had won the prize for a free trip to Hong Kong and Macao. After that, Mr Yao signed up for a seven-day two-bedroom tour of Hong Kong and Macao at the address provided by the insurance company. The insurance company promises to pay only the 200 yuan deposit, which will be refunded after the return trip. According to Mr. Yao, during the trip, the local tour guide in Hong Kong abused the guests and the tour leader kept asking them to buy things. After the return trip, Mr. Yao found the registered company to ask for the deposit, but the other party did not give it back. "I reflected the problem with the relevant tourism departments. As a result, I didn't know which travel agency organized the tour group. When I left the group, I didn't sign a travel contract. It was not the same person or the same company who called myself and signed up for the money. At that time, the phone number of the business staff couldn't get through." Mr. Yao said very helplessly.

Mr. Li, who was also pitted in Hong Kong and Macao, was introduced by a friend and signed up for a zero-fee Hong Kong and Macao tour of a travel agency. As the tour fee is zero, the travel agency did not sign a contract with Mr. Li. Mr. Li said that he went shopping all the way during the trip, including shopping many times in the car, especially when he returned to Zhuhai from Macao, and was taken into three shopping stores one day. In addition, Mr. Lu recently called the Beijing Tourism Law Enforcement Brigade, saying that there is a travel agency in the residential area, which always organizes low-cost tours for the elderly in the residential area. "This time, I organized 700 yuan to go to Hainan, and my parents were invited. Visitors only need to pay the money when signing up and tell the travel agency the basic information. Travel agencies do not sign contracts with tourists, provide receipts or provide invoices. " Mr. Lu said that he was worried that such a tour group was unreliable and that his parents were forced to shop outside.

It seems that we must not be greedy and cheap, and suffer big losses!
