Accommodation in the county town of Jiuzhaigou is cheaper and the conditions are better than those in Mizoguchi, but the county town is 39km away from the scenic spot, so you have to take a taxi yourself. The pre-sale period of the bus is 3 days, and it will go in the peak season. It is strongly recommended to purchase tickets in advance. But you don't have to worry too much about not getting tickets. If there are too many tourists in the peak season, the new South Gate will drive a six-seater off-road vehicle with a fare of 222 yuan. This kind of car is called a luxury car, with more spacious seats and shorter time to get to the destination.

Recommended ticket purchase route: If the booked accommodation is at the mouth of the scenic spot, take a bus to Xinnanmen; If the booked accommodation is in the county seat, take a bus at Chadianzi bus station. I recommend the new south gate, because the accommodation in Mizoguchi is much more convenient. Although the conditions are not particularly good, it is closer to the scenic spot and the scenery is better.

One thing to remind, if you play Jiuzhaigou first and then Huanglong, you should also pay attention to the problem of buying tickets. I saw someone say that I couldn't go to Huanglong without a ticket. This is because the shuttle bus from Jiuzhaigou to Huanglong runs only a few times a day, and if it is sold out, it will be gone. So you can ask the hotel to help you book tickets when you just arrive at your accommodation, and you'd better ask in advance when you book your accommodation. Although there is no guarantee that you can book a ticket, you will get a refund if you can't book it. So it's best to finalize the transportation to Huanglong as soon as you arrive at the accommodation. The ticket from Jiuzhaigou to Huanglong is 54.5 yuan/person, with insurance for 3 yuan/person. In order not to affect the itinerary, it seems that the earliest flight is 7: 30.

If you only go to Jiuzhaigou scenic area, you will lose a lot. There are buses to Jiuzhaigou at Chengdu Chadianzi Station and Xinnanmen Station, which run every day and take about 10 hours.

Generally, Chadianzi Station runs three times a day at 7:40, 8:40 and 10:00 respectively, and the fare is 157 yuan (one way; Xinnanmen Station runs once a day at 8:00 (there are two kinds of tickets, one-way ticket and round-trip ticket, one-way ticket is 141 yuan, and round-trip ticket is 268 yuan.
